RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At KHULTOS we want your shopping experience to be fully satisfactory. For this reason, we make this return and refund policy available to you, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

 

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
  2. As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification. 2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103 of RDL 1/2007, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Sealed products that have been opened, for reasons of preservation, hygiene, and traceability of the product.
  • - Personalized products or products made according to the consumer's specifications.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

For the return to be accepted, the products must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unopened, and with their original packaging intact.
  • - Include all accessories, labels, and documentation that accompanied the product.
  • - Be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.

4. RETURN COSTS

The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a KHULTOS error or a defective product.

 

5. REFUND

Once the product is received and verified at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the amount paid (including the initial shipping costs, except for the additional costs of choosing a shipping method other than the standard one) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at [EMAIL DE CONTACTO] within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging. We will proceed to replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
